Deep tissue massage aims to address a specific problem, such as pain, muscle tension, or other types of discomfort. 

In this therapy we can specify the problem areas to be treated. With a deeper technique, we can release tension or muscle knots, allowing the natural state of the muscles and connective tissue (fascia) to be recovered.

Improves oxygenation and blood irrigation of the muscular system and helps to recover mobility in previously affected areas.
