    Sound Healing

    Immerse yourself in a bath of vibrations and healing frequencies through sound. The Sound Bath includes drum, Tibetan bowls, quartz, gong and different instruments that will make you to travel through different frequencies and obtain a state of balance on a physical, emotional, mental and spiritual level.

    Basic Chakra Workshop

    Chakras are energy centers that receive and transform the energy that circulates around us. Learning about how the chakras work helps us raise our level consciousness and lead a life more aligned with what we want. This workshop includes chakra self- harmonization meditation.

    Flower Mandala

    Group activity where we honor, through a mandala, the reason that brings us together.

    Activity with flowers included $45
